His focus encompasses blockchain technology innovation, adept team building, effective project management, strategic planning, and seamless execution. Notably, he founded Cryptocurrency Media in 2019, a consultancy catering to blockchain enthusiasts. In 2021, he took a significant step by spearheading the introduction and proliferation of stablecoins in Japan.

Morita Aoi | CMO Dr. Morita Aoi, a Ph.D. graduate from Waseda University, brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Trias. With a background as a Japanese National Certified Public Accountant and a Senior Auditor at KPMG, he boasts extensive experience in marketing planning and consultancy within the blockchain industry. Proficient in nurturing and expanding communities across various social media platforms, he has played a pivotal role in crafting vibrant ecosystems for numerous projects. His multifaceted industry insight spans strategic analysis, business model formulation, and risk management. In 2020, he embarked on driving the promotion of WEB3 blockchain projects, followed by a pivot to comprehensive project consultancy in 2022. His focus is primarily on the Japanese, Asian, and select European and American markets.

Suyama Toshiya | CTO PhD in Engineering from the University of Tokyo, specializing in cutting-edge technologies such as trusted computing, blockchain, artificial intelligence, AI, big data, and software development. He has participated in academic networks centered on Keio University and MIT, USA. Since 2017, he has been engaged in technology development in the crypto industry, and has carried out blockchain-related research activities. He has many years of experience in blockchain technology research and development. In the past few years, he has led the research and development of several large-scale projects, including the research and development of cryptocurrency exchanges, public chains, trusted computing, and smart contracts. He has rich experience in system architecture and R&D management.

Ansai Takaaki | Consultant With a background as a core executive of BTCBOX and COINAGE cryptocurrency exchanges, Ansai Takaaki played a pivotal role in obtaining legal licenses for these platforms. His extensive experience in the blockchain industry is driven by a passion for integrating blockchain into traditional enterprises. He is dedicated to introducing technical solutions to bridge the gap between blockchain technology and conventional industries. Ansai is deeply committed to utilizing blockchain to facilitate the decentralized transformation of traditional technology ecosystems and the practical application of blockchain technology in commercial scenarios.

Abe Saeko | Consultant Formerly responsible for public relations and marketing at All Nippon Airways, a member of the "Star Alliance" and a global top 500 airline. Proficient in Japanese, English, and Chinese, Abe Saeko has delivered market insights services to numerous companies. Leveraging his multilingual skills, he offers strategic solutions and consulting services that facilitate the establishment of strategic partnerships and the expansion of international networks for clients.
