Federated Data Services

Building a Federated NetX Smart Chain offers a convenient solution for companies engaging in frequent collaboration. In the figure below, Company B and Company C establish a data interoperation alliance, creating a Federated NetX Smart Chain. This chain is deployed with one part inside B's data centre and another inside C's. The federated configuration streamlines mutual verifications between B and C's respective chains, enhancing transaction performance by consolidating operations within a single chain. The Federated NetX Smart Chain is bridged to the Public NetX Smart Chain. Its underlying Trias Layer ‘-1’ is connected to the public Trias Layer ‘-1’ network, ensuring seamless integration with the broader NetX ecosystem.

Within this structure, Middle Layer Data Access Contracts aggregate data access rights from different data centres and provide unified data access interfaces. Middle Layer, Data Process Contracts, consolidate the results of other Data Process Contracts and perform additional processing as needed. Furthermore, Middle Layer Data Access Contracts and Middle Layer Data Process Contracts can be connected or aggregated to create more complex data access and processing semantics, accommodating a wide range of data interaction requirements.

Notably, a data centre can join multiple Federated NetX Smart Chains, allowing processed results from one chain to serve as data sources for other chains. This capability enables the creation of intricate chain structures and topologies to address diverse real-world usage scenarios effectively.
